Thomas H. DeLay has practiced law in the state of Nebraska for over 40 years. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1962 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska in 1965.
Tom was awarded four combat ribbons and the bronze star for his service during the Vietnam War. He returned to Nebraska joining the team at Deutsch Law Office.
He was involved in banking from 1987 to 1992 and served as executive vice president, president and CEO of the DeLay First National/First Tier Bank in Norfolk.
Tom was cited in "Best Lawyers in the USA" and awarded a Martindale Hubble AV Rating by his peers. In addition, he was appointed by Governor Nelson to serve as a judge on the Commission for Industrial Relations for six years.
